Ts. PMgr. Nevishkumar Kumaran

Managing Director

Ts. PMgr. Nevishkumaar is the Founder and Managing Director of Benchmark Property Management Sdn. Bhd., bringing over 16 years of experience in property and facilities management. He is a Professional Technologist (Ts.) registered with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), a Registered Professional Manager (PMgr), an HRD Corp Certified Trainer, and holds a Master of Facility Management from Open University Malaysia (OUM).

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, and institutional developments. His expertise spans property management, strata management, integrated facilities management, project management, asset management, statutory compliance, and operational excellence.

Under his leadership, Benchmark Property Management has grown into a multidisciplinary consultancy providing integrated solutions in Property Management, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, Consultancy, Building Maintenance, Project Management, and Data Centre Facilities Management. Guided by professionalism, innovation, and integrity, Ts. PMgr. Mr. Yoginrao Themudu serves as the Marketing Director of Benchmark Property Management Sdn. Bhd., leading the company’s strategic marketing, branding, business development, and corporate communications initiatives. He is responsible for strengthening Benchmark’s market presence and driving sustainable growth across the property management, facilities management, hospitality management, and infrastructure support sectors.

With a strong understanding of corporate branding, customer engagement, and strategic marketing, Mr. Yoginrao oversees integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with clients, developers, government agencies, investors, and strategic partners. His scope covers digital marketing, media relations, business networking, corporate presentations, proposal development, and promotional campaigns, ensuring the company’s vision and service excellence are consistently reflected across all platforms.
