Our Team
PMgr. Thandavarayan Munusamy
PMgr. Thandavarayan Munusamy is a highly accomplished property management professional with over 20 years of industry experience in strata management, facilities operations, and regulatory compliance under the Strata Management Act 757. He is a Certified Property Manager registered under BOVAEP and a professional member of MIPFM and MAFM.
He provides strong leadership in managing diverse property portfolios, with a focus on operational excellence, cost optimisation, stakeholder satisfaction, and sustainable property and facility management practices.
PMgr. Nevishkumar Kumaran
PMgr. Nevishkumar Kumaran is an accomplished property management professional with close to nine years of industry experience, providing strategic leadership in the management of high-value and complex property portfolios. He is a Registered Property Manager under the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).
He is a professional member of the Malaysian Institute of Property & Facility Managers (MIPFM), Building Management Association Malaysia (BMAM), and the Malaysian Association of Facility Management (MAFM), and is also a Certified Safety Officer accredited by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
PMgr. Nevishkumar has strong expertise in managing properties and capital assets for Government-Linked Companies (GLCs), covering the full asset lifecycle from acquisition and compliance to maintenance, utilisation, and disposition. His leadership is anchored in governance, operational efficiency, and sustainable value creation.
