He is also a registered property manager from the Board of Valuers, Appraisals, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEA). Registered member in Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM), Building Management Association Malaysia (BMAM), Malaysian Association of Facility Management and Certified Safety Officer from Department Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).

Good interpersonal skills in managing GLC companies property, equipment, tooling and physical capital assets that are acquired and used to build, repair and maintain end item deliverables. Experience involving in the processes, systems and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property as defined above including acquisition accountability, responsibility, maintenance, control, utilization and disposition
